Enoki Mushroom
Enoki Mushrooms (Flammulina velutipes), also known as Golden Mushrooms, are delicate, small mushrooms with long, thin stems and tiny, white caps. Known for their mild, slightly sweet flavor and crunchy texture, enoki mushrooms are commonly used in Asian cuisines, especially in Japanese, Korean, and Chinese dishes. They are often found in soups, hot pots, stir-fries, or served raw in salads. Enoki mushrooms are also prized for their health benefits, including antioxidants and immune-boosting properties. They have a unique appearance, growing in clusters, and are typically sold in bunches, either fresh or in jars.
