Ginger flower, also known as Torch Ginger or Bunga Kantan, is a vibrant and aromatic flower widely used in Southeast Asian cuisine. It features striking pink or red buds and imparts a tangy, floral, and slightly spicy flavor to dishes. Commonly used in salads, soups, curries, and sambals, especially in Malaysian, Indonesian, and Thai cooking, ginger flower adds both fragrance and depth to meals.
