Long Bean (Vigna unguiculata subsp. sesquipedalis), also known as yardlong bean, snake bean, or Chinese long bean, the long bean is a slender, elongated legume that can grow up to 30–50 cm in length. It has a crisp texture and a slightly earthy, nutty flavor. Unlike green beans, long beans have a more flexible, chewy texture and are often used in stir-fries, curries, and salads.
