Pea Sprouts, also known as dou miao (豆苗), are the young, tender shoots of the pea plant, prized for their delicate texture and fresh, slightly sweet, grassy flavor. They feature thin stems, soft leaves, and sometimes curling tendrils, and are commonly used in Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine.
